We want you to be completely satisfied with your Voluspa home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused candles or diffusers in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
