What kind of wax does Voluspa use in its candles?
Voluspa uses a proprietary coconut wax blend that burns up to 90% cleaner than a 100% soy wax candle. Our wax is sustainably sourced and holds a high volume of fragrance while maintaining a smooth, creamy white finish.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the candle to burn until the wax pool reaches the edge of the glass during every use. This is especially important during the first burn. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or diffusers that have been opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our luxury collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties.
Are Voluspa products phthalate-free and vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan, free of phthalates, pesticides, parabens, and sulfates. We never test on animals and ensure our ingredients meet the highest safety standards for your home.
Can I repurpose my Voluspa candle tin or glass?
Absolutely. Our vessels are designed to be beautiful collectibles. Once the wax is gone, simply remove the remaining residue with warm soapy water and reuse the container for jewelry, flowers, or office supplies.
